Come One, Come All!
Welfare Festival 2023 & Para-Sports Experience Day

This year marks the 28th Welfare Festival and 4th Para-Sports Experience Day, and they’ll take place on the same day. Everyone from children to adults and those with disabilities and those without can enjoy these events.

Date and Time: September 16 (Sat.), 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Note: The event will be held even in light rain.
How to join: Just come to the site on the day.
● There will be a stamp rally, and people who collect stamps can win prizes.
(Note: The number of prizes is limited.)

Welfare Festival 2023
Location: Small and Medium Enterprise Center (1-28-3 Nishi-Shinagawa)
Program: Introduction of welfare facilities, the exhibition/sale of independently manufactured goods, bazaar, recreation, stage performances and more.

Para-Sports Experience Day
Location: Shinagawa Central Park (in front of the Shinagawa City Office)
Program: Wheelchair sports (rugby, tennis, basketball), boccia, five-a-side football (blind football), para-powerlifting, and various para-sports experience corners.
