About COVID-19 Vaccinations

● About Omicron-Specific Vaccinations
If you have completed the initial vaccinations (first and second injections), you can get this vaccine if three months or more have passed since your previous vaccination (second through fourth injections). Residents twelve years of age or older who have unused vaccination tickets can make a reservation.
Note: Please wear a shirt that makes it easy to expose your shoulder.

● About Vaccinations for Infants, Toddlers and Young Children

What to bring: Your vaccination ticket, Boshi Kenko Techo (Mother and Child Health Handbook), pre-checkup slip, documentation to verify your personal ID (such as your health insurance card) and okusuri-techo (prescribed medicine record book).
Note: Children must be accompanied by a parent/guardian.
