Community Bus Starts Its Test Run

“Shina-Bus” is the nickname of this bus.

As of March 28, Shinagawa City began test runs of its first community bus.

Test Run Outline

Route: Nishi-Oi Station ~ Omori Station North Exit
Note: About 3.2 kilometers one way.
Hours of Operation:
• Nishi-Oi Station Departures
First: 7:00 a.m. Last: 8:30 p.m.
• Omori Station North Exit Departures
First: 7:30 a.m. Last: 9:00 p.m.
Note: About twenty minutes one way.
Frequency: 28 buses at 30-minute intervals one way (scheduled to change after August)
Note: Bus schedules for Monday through Friday, for Saturdays, Sundays and national holidays.

〇 Tokyo Senior Pass is also available.
〇 In addition, if you will also be riding a city bus (Tokyu Bus), you can use the Tokyu Bus One-day Pass (adult: 520 yen; child: 260 yen) when you ride the Community Bus (the fare can be paid using a PASMO or Suica card).
Note: Paper-type one-day discount tickets for disabled persons are sold at bus service office (Adult: 260 yen, Child: 130 yen).
〇 There is no Shina-Bus commuter pass. Tokyu Bus commuter passes cannot be used, either.
