Shinagawa Municipal Environmental Learning Exchange Facility “EcoRu Togoshi” —Now Recruiting Volunteers

● Recruiting volunteers
• Lecture volunteers (such as presentation support and tour guides): 15 persons
• Operations volunteers (such as helpers to maintain the vegetable gardens within the facility and as information guides for exhibitions): 15 persons
• Production volunteers (such as to help with crafting and making things related to events): 10 persons

Facility location: 2-1-30 Yutakacho (within Togoshi Park)
Eligibility: People who live, work, or go to school in Shinagawa City
Notes:
1. Companies and group organizations may not apply.
2. Restricted to people who can speak Japanese.

● Volunteer orientation meeting (participation mandatory, online or in person at the site)
Dates and times: ① October 20 (Wed.), 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. or ② October 24 (Sun.), 10:00 a.m. to 12 noon
Location: Ebara Dai-go Kumin-shukaijo (1-1-2 Futaba)
Capacity: 25 persons at the site, 75persons online per session (on a first-come, first served basis)
Application and inquiries: Apply to the Environmental Project Promotion Subsection of the Environmental Affairs Section by phone (Tel: 03-5742-6755, Fax: 03-5742-6853) by Friday, October 15, giving your name, age, telephone number, desired method of participation, date and volunteer course.
