“Guidebook on Everyday Living in Shinagawa City in foreign languages”

The 2020 edition of this useful and popular guidebook is now out. It includes information such as how to complete designated procedures at the Shinagawa City Office, how to prepare for earthquakes, and a list of open evacuation areas. There is also a map annotated in Japanese and English that includes a list of public facilities and places in four languages (see below). Please make use of them.
