Starting April 1, Musashi-Koyama Station Areas “No-Parking Areas for Bicycles and Motorcycles” Will Be Expanded

 

Shinagawa coordinates bicycle parking lots and designates no-parking areas for bicycles and motorcycles near the twenty-three train stations in the city. Starting April 1, the no-parking areas near Musashi-Koyama Station will be expanded.
Note: You can check the locations of the no-parking areas of the other train stations via the Shinagawa City website. (Shinagawa City website > Disaster Prevention/Living Safety > Measures against illegally parked bicycles > No-parking tow-away areas for bicycles and motorcycles)

● Bicycles and motorcycles removed from no-parking areas are stored at either Yashio-Kita Bicycle Storage Center or Fudomae Bicycle Storage Center. Please claim your bicycle or motorcycle within thirty days of the day after it is removed.
• Yashio-Kita Bicycle Storage Center (for bicycles and motorcycles): 1-3-1 Yashio
An eight-minute walk from Shinagawa Seaside Station; Tel: 03-3790-8820
• Fudomae Bicycle Storage Center (for bicycles only): 3-11-14 Nishi-Gotanda
A five-minute walk from Fudomae Station; Tel: 03-5436-8885
Hours: 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Note: Closed from December 29 through January 3.
What to bring:
(1) Documentation to verify the name and address of the person claiming the bicycle/motorcycle (such as a health insurance card or driver’s license)
(2) Bicycle or motorcycle key
(3) Storage fee (bicycles: 3,000 yen; motorcycles: 5,000 yen)
