New adults who are members of the Executive Committee will manage this special event and serve as emcees. We hope as many people as possible will participate.
Date and time: January 8 (national holiday), from 11:00 a.m. (reception will be open from 10:30 a.m.)
Location: Curian (Civic Hall; in front of Oimachi Station)
Eligibility: Shinagawa City residents born between April 2, 1997 and April 1, 1998.
Note: Information will be mailed by mid-December to eligible residents.
