Please Use the Easy and Inexpensive Certificate-Issuing Services at Convenience Stores

You can obtain certificates such as your resident record (juminhyo) using the multifunction copy machines at designated convenience stores with your individual number (My Number) card. You can begin using this service the day after you receive your individual number card.

Handling fee: 200 yen (100 yen cheaper than at the Shinagawa City Office)
Hours: 6:30 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.
Notes:
1. Excluding the year-end/New Year’s holidays (December 29 through January 3) and system maintenance/inspection days.
2. The service cannot be used on October 21 (Sat.) due to maintenance.
Certificates you can obtain: Resident records; seal registration certificates; certificates of payment, taxation, and tax exemption of resident’s tax (special city tax and metropolitan resident’s tax)
Required items: Your individual number card with electronic certificates registered (a four-digit code number is required to use the service)
