Advisory Services for Foreign Residents

The Residents Consultation Office offers advisory services in English and Chinese for everyday problems to residents unable to speak Japanese. If necessary, the office can help you with information at institutions related to the Shinagawa City Office.
Date and time: Tuesdays for English, Thursdays for Chinese, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Notes:

1. Except national holidays
2. Reception until 4:30 p.m.
3. Telephone consultations are also available.
