Part of Shinagawa City Office Is Open on Sundays As Well
Day and Hours: Sundays, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Notes:
1. The City Office will still be open if Sunday falls on a national holiday.
2. Closed on the Sunday during the year-end/New Year holidays (December 29 through January 3).
Location: Shinagawa City Office 3F
Note: Please enter through the main entrance of Hon Chosha 3F.
Services Available:
- Moving notification procedures, such as for moving into or out of Shinagawa City, applications for seal registration, requests for copies of resident records and seal registration certificates
- Notification of family register, requests for copies of family register, etc.
- Limited services for National Health Insurance, Latter-Term Elderly Medical Insurance, and Nursing-Care Insurance
- Limited services related to the special city resident’s tax, metropolitan resident’s tax, and light motor vehicle tax
