Large-Sized Waste, Such as Furniture, Is Collected on an Appointment Basis for a Fee
During moving season, many people make appointments to have their large-sized waste collected, and sometimes collection is delayed. When your moving date becomes definite, please call to make an appointment as early as possible.
To Apply: Either call the Shinagawa Large-sized Waste Reception Center or apply over the Internet.

- To have your old TV, refrigerator, freezer, washing machine, clothes dryer, or air conditioner collected, please ask the shop where you bought it, the shop where you are buying a replacement, or the Electric Appliance Recycling Reception Center (Tel: 5296-7200).
- To have your old personal computer collected, please contact the manufacturer. If you do not know the manufacturer of your computer, please call the PC3R Promotion Association, Tel: 5282-7685.
- For hazardous or poisonous items, fireproof safes, etc., please contact a specialized operator for disposal.
