Shinagawa Chuo Park Interim Open Plaza Opens on October 28 (Mon.)

Part of the planned expansion of Shinagawa Chuo Park will open on an interim basis as a plaza before construction is officially completed. The spacious plaza can be used as a play area as well as an evacuation site should a disaster strike.

Hours: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
