Shinagawa City holds an urban improvement exhibition every year so that all city residents can find out more about urban improvement programs.
This year, the exhibition will be held as Our Town Shinagawa Festa, which will include a welfare festival, an international exchange exhibition, and other events.

Location: Shinagawa Chuo Park (1-27-14 Nishi-Shinagawa) and Small and Medium Enterprises’ Center (1-28-3 Nishi-Shinagawa)
Program: Shinagawa Aquarium’s penguin exhibit, vendors, bazaar, international exchange exhibition, sale of hand-made goods made at welfare facilities, flea market, and more
