Shinagawa Chuo Park viewed from the rooftop garden In this issue, we will describe Shinagawa Chuo Park and the rooftop garden of Shinagawa City Office, both of which are filled with natural greenery.
First of all, there is Shinagawa Eco-Healing Garden atop Shinagawa City Office. The natural environment in this area is most pleasant. Everyone is welcome to enjoy the rooftop garden, which was carefully designed to be barrier-free to give visitors peace of mind.

Inside the rooftop gardenThe rooftop is divided into various gardens that are designed as a model for rooftop tree planting. More than one garden can be enjoyed at the same time.
On a clear day, there is a beautiful 360° panoramic view of Tokyo Tower, Odaiba, the Tanzawa mountains, and Mt. Fuji.Hybrid solar/wind powered light

If you go through the front entrance of Shinagawa Chuo Park, which is right in front of Shinagawa City Office, you will see a fountain and natural scenery with green trees and grass. This park has environment-friendly “eco-healing” equipment, such as nightlights that use stored energy generated by sunlight and wind.

If you go further on, you will see a multipurpose plaza and tennis courts that can be used for a fee. The approximately 286-meter circumference of the plaza serves as a jogging path, and there is a section of the park called Trim Plaza, where there is simple exercise equipment. It is an ideal park that is open to everyone, from those who want to play physically demanding sports, such as ball games, to those who simply want to move around and exercise to build and maintain healthy bodies.

Because Shinagawa City Office and Shinagawa Chuo Park have attractive scenery with natural greenery, why not step out and visit these sites?
