Shinagawa City Office Has Been Reorganized as of April

To further improve services for city residents, Shinagawa City Office has made organizational changes that took effective in April, coinciding with the start of the new Long-Term Basic Plan (the basic operating policy of the new city administration). In this issue, we will describe the main changes.

Due to renovations to improve earthquake resistance, the ramp from the street to Hon Chosha (Main Building) cannot be used. Those who use wheelchairs or baby buggies should use either the Dai-san Chosha (No. 3 Building) elevator or the Dai-ni Chosha (No. 2 Building) entrance/exit.
