To apply: Apply online or send a postcard or fax to the Shinagawa-ku International Friendship Association office with the class name and your address, name (with furigana), age, sex, and telephone number. For those who work in Shinagawa, include the name, address, and telephone number of your workplace, and for foreign residents, include your nationality. Applications must be received by May 30 (Fri.).
