Upon Election to the Office of City Mayor
I Will Open the Way to the Future of Shinagawa Together with Shinagawa Residents

Through the mayoral elections due to the sudden passing of the late Mayor Kyuji Takahashi, it has been decided with the support and encouragement of the Shinagawa residents, that I shoulder the responsibility of being Mayor of Shinagawa City.
Realizing the heavy responsibility of city government administration, I hope to do my utmost so that everyone will be able to say, “I want to always live in Shinagawa City” and “I’m glad I live in Shinagawa City.” I hope with all my heart that I can look forward to everyone’s continued support and cooperation in the future as well.
