This center is a facility where anyone and everyone – children, adults and businessmen – can feel free to hold activities related to the environment and research information.

Description of the Center
If you make a reservation, you can use the facility freely for environment-related programs.
Location: Shinagawa City Office Dai-ni Chosha 3F, 2-1-36 Hiromachi
Hours: Weekdays, 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.; Saturdays, Sundays and national holidays, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Environment Study Corner
Various environment-related classes are held, including craft classes using natural materials such as acorns, and recycling classes.

Information Corner
Visitors can access the Internet via the computer available. There are also bulletins related to the environment (published by local governments and other groups) and environment information publications for visitors to read.

Meeting Corner
This area can be used for simple meetings and as a gathering spot for environment clubs.
